DMS Direct Withdrawal Module Process electronic bank withdrawals and monthly credit card charges automatically... The Direct Withdrawal Module in DMS allows for the automatic payment of some or all of a customer's outstanding balance. Automatic payment can be accomplished by charging their credit cards or via a wire transfer withdrawal from the customers bank account. The amounts that are charged to a customers account can either be the entire outstanding balance or for an amount not exceeding a limit set by that customer. Open Invoice customers can also be setup to charge only their reoccurring rates from any installed product. After your clients have been identified and setup, the direct withdrawal program is typically run a few days after each close. The direct withdrawal program allows you to validate the credit card and wire transfer information prior to posting the batches. After the validation process, payment batches are generated and posted. What is included in the Direct Withdrawal module? Direct Withdrawal software including credit card processing.
